I feel completely different after my days at the olive mill and have found it quite transformative – both physically and mentally. The place itself is magical – I loved the grounds and the gorgeous animals.  The yoga was a good balance of physically demanding and relaxing. The walks into the countryside were awesome and the group of people that I shared it with were amazing. Thank you.

After my 6 days here I feel like we are one of a family. It has been so much fun and easy going. I feel relaxed and energised all at the same time. I would recommend to all who need to wind down and get away from the stresses of everyday life and to find wellbeing again.

What an incredible week at The Olive Mill. We are blown away by the beauty of this tiny corner of Andalucia, home to Iberian Wellness Retreats and their nature-infused yoga retreats. We’ve stretched, meditated, walked, swam, soaked and communed with donkeys, goats, and llamas—truly a holistic experience that reconnects you with nature in the most peaceful and rejuvenating way. Thank you to the incredible yoga teacher tag-team of Linne and Danielle – we cannot wait to do another Iberian Wellness Retreat with you both!
